How do I create a website account or reset my password?

Create a website account:

  1. Find the “Sign-In” tab in the top right corner.
  2. Click on “Request to Have a Member Account ” and follow the prompts.
  3. Fill out the brief info sheet completely and accurately.
  4. Check your inbox and spam folder. You’ll receive the first email from CIVIC PLUS saying we’ve received your request and that it is being processed.
  5. Soon after, you will receive a second CIVIC PLUS email that asks you to return to the website to create a password. Please respond to this email within 24 hours to prevent the email link from expiring. If you cannot respond to the email in time, don’t worry. You may return to to reset your password to generate the same response. 

If there is a brief lull between the two emails please do not repeatedly request login access. 

Set or Reset Your Password 

  1. Click on “sign in” in the upper right corner.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click on the link that says “Forgot password”
  4. Watch your email inbox for prompts.
